The mission statement of Douglas County Regional 911 is ‘Safety is our first priority. We protect those who serve, providing prompt, professional dispatching with honesty, empathy, courage, and safety to all citizens and first responders.’

Douglas Regional 9-1-1 is the public safety answering point for all 911 and non-emergency calls in unincorporated Douglas County and all of Elbert County. Douglas Regional 9-1-1 provides emergency dispatch services for 15 law and fire agencies. We cover a combined 2,694 square miles and approximately 406,000 residents between the two counties with an average annual call volume of 300,000 and a call for service volume of 125,000.
